Job Responsibility:
Draft, edit, and format contracts, agreements, proposals, and reports to ensure accuracy and professionalism
Prepare and complete client forms, applications, and compliance documentation in a timely manner
Manage and organize digital files and tracking systems for efficient record-keeping
Review and code expenses using platforms like Expensify, ensuring proper categorization
Enter client expenses into Excel and QuickBooks Online with precision
Assist with payroll input, coding, and ensuring compliance with reimbursement plans
Maintain detailed mileage logs and staff reimbursements under the accountable plan
Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets to track financial, programmatic, and operational data
Coordinate internal and external communications to ensure smooth workflow and follow-up
Provide timely reminders, follow-through, and support for ongoing projects
Requirements:
Proven critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
Advanced proficiency in Excel, including formulas, sorting, filters, and basic reporting
Strong skills in document formatting and editing within Microsoft Word
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines independently
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
Quick adaptability to new systems such as Expensify and payroll platforms
