Bookkeeper

• Manage full-cycle bookkeeping including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
• Prepare and maintain general ledger entries and monthly financial reports
• Track and reconcile revenue, expenses, and vendor accounts
• Support accounting team with month-end and year-end close processes
• Maintain organized financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
• Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding invoices and payments

• 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience required
• oil and gas industry experience strongly preferred
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong knowledge of GAAP principles and standard accounting practices
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy in data entry
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
