Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process
Maintain and balance general ledgers, subsidiary accounts, and other financial records
Prepare trial balances, journal entries, and reconcile accounts
Calculate and prepare payroll, invoices, and other financial documents
Complete and submit tax remittance forms, including HST/GST and payroll deductions
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports

Requirements:

College education
2-4 years of relevant experience
English language proficiency
Knowledge of MS Outlook, Quick Books, Spreadsheet, MS Office
Organized
Reliability
Team player
Time management
