Job Responsibility

  • Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process
  • Maintain and balance general ledgers, subsidiary accounts, and other financial records
  • Prepare trial balances, journal entries, and reconcile accounts
  • Calculate and prepare payroll, invoices, and other financial documents
  • Complete and submit tax remittance forms, including HST/GST and payroll deductions
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports

Requirements

  • College education
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience
