Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial transactions and support accurate recordkeeping across accounting functions.
Job Responsibility
Maintain general ledger records and post daily financial transactions
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and other financial records
Prepare invoices, track payments, and follow up on outstanding balances
Assist with payroll processing and maintain related records
Prepare financial reports, spreadsheets, and supporting documentation
Support month-end close and ensure records are complete and accurate
Maintain organized files and accounting documentation
Requirements
1+ years of bookkeeping, accounting, or related experience preferred
Knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as QuickBooks or similar platforms
Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills
High school diploma required
associate degree in accounting or related field preferred
