Bookkeeper

• Manage full-cycle bookkeeping including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll entries, and bank reconciliations
• Maintain accurate job costing and project expense records in Sage
• Prepare invoices, track vendor payments, and reconcile subcontractor accounts
• Assist with lien releases, insurance certificates, and compliance documentation
• Support the Controller or Accounting Manager with month-end close and reporting
• Review expense reports and ensure adherence to company and project budgets
• Collaborate with field supervisors and project leads to ensure proper allocation of costs

• 3+ years of bookkeeping experience, preferably within the construction or contracting industry
• Strong proficiency with Sage 100 Contractor or Sage Intacct required
• Solid understanding of project-based accounting and job costing
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet multiple deadlines
• Strong Excel and data reconciliation skills
• A proactive mindset — you anticipate issues before they arise
