We are looking for an experienced Part Time Bookkeeper to join our team on a contract and part-time basis in Fort Mill, South Carolina. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise and possess a solid understanding of accounting processes. This role requires a proactive individual who can efficiently manage financial tasks and maintain accurate records. This role will be approximately 20 hours a week.
Job Responsibility:
Manage daily bookkeeping tasks, including recording transactions and maintaining accurate financial records
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable in a timely and accurate manner
Perform routine bank reconciliations to ensure financial data alignment
Utilize QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise to manage financial operations and generate reports
Maintain compliance with financial regulations and company policies
Prepare financial statements and assist with periodic audits
Troubleshoot and resolve any discrepancies in financial records
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless financial processes
Provide recommendations for improving financial workflows and efficiency
Requirements:
Proven experience in bookkeeping with advanced knowledge of QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise
Proficiency in accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes
Strong ability to perform accurate bank reconciliations
Familiarity with QuickBooks Online and other accounting software
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders
