Bookkeeper

• Accounts Payable: Managing end-to-end processing, supplier reconciliations, and preparing weekly/fortnightly payment runs
• Accounts Receivable: Raising invoices, monitoring aging reports, and professional debt collection/follow-up
• Payroll & Superannuation: Processing payroll for our growing team, managing leave entitlements, and ensuring Superannuation Guarantee (SG) compliance
• Bank Reconciliations: Daily matching of transactions across multiple accounts
• Compliance Support: Assisting with BAS/IAS preparation and ensuring all records meet ATO standards

• At least 2–3 years of experience in a similar bookkeeping or accounts role
• Proficiency in Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks (Cloud-based experience is highly regarded)
• Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping (or higher) is preferred
• A strong understanding of the Australian tax system and Fair Work payroll standards
• High attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and the ability to explain 'the numbers' to non-financial team members

Bachelor in Accounting will be highly regarded but experience in a similar role will be the most important factor
