Job Description:

Butler Rose, public practice is delighted to be supporting our client, a medium size firm based in Birmingham who's currently got an opportunity for a Bookkeeper. This is an outstanding opportunity for the right individual to join this firm of choice.

Requirements:

Processing Purchase invoices
Processing Sales invoices
Uploading and matching bank transactions
Bank Reconciliation
Reviewing Trade Debtor and Trade Creditor balances
Preparing documentation in preparation for the Client managers to review
Ad-hoc client queries
Client visits
Assist with team training
Communicating with clients
Managing deadlines set by their colleagues
Working in a team
Strong attention to detail
