Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and support overall accounting operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, accuracy, and experience handling accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and general ledger support.
Job Responsibility
Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping entries
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts
Prepare invoices, post payments, and track outstanding balances
Assist with month-end close and financial reporting
Maintain organized documentation and support audit readiness
Work closely with leadership to ensure timely and accurate financial operations
Requirements
Previous experience in bookkeeping or accounting support
Knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations
Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication and organizational skills
