We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing daily transactions, and supporting accounting functions such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and basic reporting. The ideal candidate will have solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and a good understanding of bookkeeping practices.
Job Responsibility:
Record and categorize daily financial transactions
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
Reconcile bank and credit card statements
Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records
Prepare and send invoices and follow up on outstanding payments
Assist with payroll processing and employee records
