Job Description:

Join a thriving and collaborative team as a Part-Time Bookkeeper! We're looking for a detail-oriented professional who can manage various tasks in a fast-paced office environment. This position offers flexible scheduling, allowing you to design your hours around other commitments, while ensuring availability on Tuesdays and Wednesdays to support payroll operations.

Job Responsibility:

Utilize QuickBooks to maintain accurate bookkeeping and financial records
Perform payroll-related duties on specific days (Tuesday and Wednesday)
Assist with accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and general ledger tasks
Manage various office responsibilities, demonstrating the ability to 'wear many hats' as needed
Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and support overall business operations

Requirements:

Proven experience working as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks
A flexible and adaptable mindset
Confidence in multitasking and managing diverse duties within an office environment
