The Bookkeeper is responsible for managing daily transactions, oversight of accounts and answers questions for the client. This includes data input, vendor payments and ensuring accuracy of invoices or credits, client -family misc. payments of bills and expenses. Review of bank accounts and transactions/postings/credits/deposits and transfers, GL review, entries, reconciling accounts, credit card reconciliations, property taxes, review and oversight of budgets and monthly reports for client. Providing information to client on transactions, transferring funds, communication with vendors and providing information as requested or to resolve discrepancies. Proficiency with and use of QuickBooks and Excel is Required.

Requirements:
Bookkeeping experience
QuickBooks
Experience working with multiple entities under a company, or from public accounting services helpful
Degree in Accounting or Related studies
Bilingual in both English and Spanish
