We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our busy general accountancy practice and corporate services provider. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a supportive and professional team, with scope to grow into a key role supporting managers and directors.
Job Responsibility
General bookkeeping for client entities and trusts
Basic payroll processing
Bank account and loan account reconciliations
Preparation and submission of VAT returns
Processing online banking transfers
Filing and general administrative duties
Supporting with ad-hoc tasks as required
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar bookkeeping role
Experience using VT Transactions (or similar bookkeeping software) and Excel
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Professional, positive, and proactive approach
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
