Job Responsibility:
Maintain and oversee bookkeeping functions across multiple entities using QuickBooks Online
Monitor and categorize bank feeds to ensure transactions are accurately recorded
Set up, review, and manage recurring financial transactions
Handle comprehensive Accounts Receivable (A/R) and Accounts Payable (A/P) operations
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations for various accounts
Process payroll transactions and ensure accurate documentation
Record and review daily financial activities with precision
Reconcile transactions across multiple software platforms and related businesses
Ensure financial records are clean and accurate, facilitating month-end closings
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of advanced experience with QuickBooks Online
Solid knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles
Proven ability to manage financial functions for multiple businesses
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working independently in an office-based role
Strong proficiency in handling Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R)
Expertise in performing bank reconciliations and payroll processing
