Bookkeeper

• Manage full-cycle bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance
• Process payroll and maintain payroll records, as applicable
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit card accounts, and balance sheet accounts
• Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end and year-end close
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and cash flow summaries
• Monitor expenses, invoices, and payments for accuracy and timeliness
• Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and account analysis
• Coordinate with external accountants or auditors as needed
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standard accounting procedures

• 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience, preferably in a full charge bookkeeping role
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping and basic accounting principles
• Experience with payroll, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
