Job Responsibility

  • Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring records are accurate and current
  • Manage all aspects of accounts payable, including reviewing invoices, coding, and processing payments
  • Oversee accounts receivable functions, including invoicing, posting deposits, collections, and revenue tracking
  • Prepare payroll reports and execute payroll tasks for employees
  • Coordinate bank deposits and provide regular financial updates to management
  • Perform monthly reconciliations for all bank accounts

Requirements

  • Demonstrated bookkeeping experience, with emphasis on accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
  • Strong understanding of fundamental bookkeeping and accounting principles
  • Exceptional attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Proficient data entry skills with experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Familiarity with bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks is preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
