Job Responsibility:
Oversee day-to-day bookkeeping tasks to ensure accurate financial records
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions efficiently
Conduct regular bank reconciliations to verify account balances and resolve discrepancies
Utilize QuickBooks software to manage and track financial data
Prepare financial statements and reports to support decision-making
Maintain organized documentation of financial activities for audit purposes
Collaborate with other departments to address financial inquiries and provide support
Monitor cash flow and assist in forecasting financial needs
Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations
Requirements:
Proven experience in bookkeeping and financial record management
Proficiency in using QuickBooks for accounting tasks
Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
