We are looking for a Spanish bilingual Bookkeeper to support daily financial operations for a firm in Orlando, Florida. Job Responsibility
Maintain accurate financial records by recording day-to-day transactions and keeping bookkeeping files current and organized
Process vendor invoices, schedule payments, and prepare checks to ensure accounts payable obligations are handled on time
Monitor incoming payments, post customer receipts, and follow up on outstanding balances to support accounts receivable activities
Reconcile bank statements and internal financial records regularly to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly
Use QuickBooks to enter, review, and update accounting data while preserving accuracy across financial reports
Assist with paycheck-related bookkeeping tasks and support routine payment processing activities as needed
Prepare financial information for review by compiling supporting documentation and ensuring records are complete and up to date
Requirements
Proven experience performing full-charge bookkeeping or closely related accounting support work
Hands-on proficiency with QuickBooks in a business environment
Working knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation processes
Ability to prepare checks and manage payment-related documentation with a high level of accuracy
Strong attention to detail and the ability to organize financial information efficiently
Comfortable handling multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in an organized office setting
Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and vendors
