Job Responsibility:
Perform monthly bank reconciliations and analyze financial discrepancies accurately
Process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), ensuring timely payments and collections
Prepare and post journal entries while maintaining general ledger accuracy
Assist in generating financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
Support month-end and year-end close processes
Maintain compliance with accounting standards and practices
Requirements:
2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a similar role
Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar platforms
Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and prioritize effectively
