Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Part time Bookkeeper to manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable. This part-time role is ideal for someone with a strong background in bookkeeping and a passion for maintaining accurate financial records. Job Responsibility:

Record and manage daily transactions related to accounts payable and accounts receivable
Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records
Maintain and update financial data in QuickBooks with precision and attention to detail
Prepare and process invoices for timely payments and collections
Monitor financial discrepancies and resolve them promptly
Generate routine financial reports to assist in decision-making processes
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
Collaborate with team members to improve financial processes.

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related financial role
Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software
Strong understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Experience with bank reconciliations and financial reporting
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration.
