Bookkeeper

• Perform accurate and timely bank reconciliations
• Oversee day-to-day bookkeeping activities including accounts payable and accounts receivable management
• Provide payroll support to ensure employees are compensated accurately and on schedule
• Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
• Handle miscellaneous office tasks to support administrative needs
• Utilize accounting software and Excel to prepare financial reports and analyze data effectively
• Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records for auditing and reporting

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper with strong focus on bank reconciliations
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero or similar platforms
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Previous experience with payroll systems such as ADP
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical abilities
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Degree or certification in accounting or finance such as Certified Bookkeeper credentials
• Tech-savvy with ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and tools
