Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial transactions and support overall accounting operations. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate records, supporting month-end processes, and ensuring financial data is complete and organized.

Job Responsibility

  • Record daily financial transactions including accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements
  • Maintain general ledger and ensure accuracy of financial records
  • Prepare invoices and track customer payments
  • Assist with month-end and year-end close
  • Maintain organized financial files and documentation
  • Support budgeting, reporting, and audits as needed

Requirements

  • Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience required
  • Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic to intermediate Excel skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
