Bookkeeper

• Manage a busy portfolio of 20-40 clients, ensuring all reporting deadlines are met
• Prepare quarterly management accounts, budgets, and forecasts within tight timeframes
• Provide clear, actionable financial analysis to support client decision-making
• Collaborate with internal teams to uphold compliance and deliver exceptional client service
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to efficiency initiatives

• AAT qualification preferred
• Strong knowledge of cloud accounting systems
• Xero experience highly desirable
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients in a practice or outsourced finance setting
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Confident communicator with a client-focused approach
