Job Responsibility:
Oversee payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely compensation for employees
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoice handling and payment tracking
Perform regular bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records
Maintain the general ledger and ensure all transactions are properly recorded
Prepare financial statements and reports to support decision-making processes
Monitor and manage inventory-related financial transactions
Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks to streamline processes and maintain records
Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records to ensure accuracy
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll and general accounting
Proficiency in bookkeeping practices and accounting software, including QuickBooks
Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office applications
Proven ability to manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Experience with bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial records
Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and take initiative in managing tasks
Nice to have:
Familiarity with inventory-related financial processes is a plus
