Our company is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our Finance & Accounting team. In this key position, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing daily transactions, and supporting financial reporting.
Job Responsibility:
Record and reconcile daily financial transactions, including sales and expenses
Maintain general ledgers and prepare journal entries
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
Assist with payroll, invoicing, and bank reconciliations
Support month-end and year-end closing activities
Generate financial reports for management review
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
associate degree in Accounting or related field preferred
Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Effective written and verbal communication abilities
