Job Responsibility:
Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy and resolve discrepancies
Conduct account reconciliations to maintain up-to-date records and support accounting processes
Prepare and record journal entries to facilitate accurate financial reporting
Manage accruals and ensure proper documentation for accounting purposes
Compile and analyze financial data to assist in preparing reports and business insights
Apply Excel skills to organize and manage financial data effectively
Requirements:
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping or a related accounting role
Proficiency with accounting software
Experience with bank reconciliations and account reconciliations
Ability to create and manage journal entries accurately
Familiarity with accrual accounting methods
Basic knowledge of Excel for organizing and analyzing financial data
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
