We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our growing team. This role is critical in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring smooth transactions, and supporting the finance team. The ideal candidate is proactive, reliable, and experienced in real estate or small business bookkeeping.
Job Responsibility:
Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable/receivable and general ledger entries
Process invoices, payments, and payroll with accuracy and timeliness
Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and financial reports
Assist in financial reporting and month-end closing procedures
Track expenses and budgets to ensure financial accuracy
Work closely with the Finance Manager to improve processes and ensure compliance
Support tax preparation and audits as needed
Requirements:
5+ years of bookkeeping experience (small business experience preferred)
Proficiency in QuickBooks, Google Sheets and/or Excel (experience in automated payables and receivables software is preferred)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
