Job Responsibility:
Handle accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate transactions
Perform bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records
Manage vendor communications and maintain organized vendor files
Coordinate the scheduling and logistics of special events
Prepare and process invoices while monitoring payment statuses
Provide administrative support to streamline daily operations
Utilize QuickBooks for efficient financial tracking and reporting
Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
Monitor and address discrepancies in financial records promptly
Requirements:
Proven experience in bookkeeping and financial management
Proficiency in QuickBooks software
