Job Responsibility:
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes with accuracy and efficiency
Enter invoices and oversee contract billing processes
Set up vendor accounts and maintain updated records for smooth transactions
Prepare and post journal entries to maintain accurate financial records
Conduct bank reconciliations to verify account balances and resolve discrepancies
Process orders and ensure all transactions are documented correctly
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field
Proficiency in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
Ability to perform accurate bank reconciliations and maintain financial records
Skilled in preparing journal entries and reviewing financial data
