We are seeking a Bookkeeper in the Union County, NJ area. In this role you will be responsible for full cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable, journal entries, bank reconciliations, vendor accounts, and more. Job Responsibility

  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes with accuracy and efficiency
  • Enter invoices and oversee contract billing processes
  • Set up vendor accounts and maintain updated records for smooth transactions
  • Prepare and post journal entries to maintain accurate financial records
  • Conduct bank reconciliations to verify account balances and resolve discrepancies
  • Process orders and ensure all transactions are documented correctly

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field
