Job Responsibility:
Maintain accurate financial records, ensuring all transactions are properly documented

Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure financial data accuracy
Utilize QuickBooks to manage and organize financial data
Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of financial activities
Assist in generating financial reports and summaries for review
Monitor and address discrepancies in financial records promptly
Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting workflows

Requirements:
Proven experience in bookkeeping and financial record management
Proficiency in using QuickBooks for accounting tasks
Strong understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Ability to perform accurate bank reconciliations
