Job Description:

Robert Half is supporting the recruiting efforts of a company in the renewable energy industry to find a Bookkeeper. This is a full time, permanent position in Denver (Broadway). It is 5 days in office, hybrid after training, and is paying $70-75k.

Job Responsibility:

Organize and record a variety of financial transactions, with a focus on income, expenses, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
Regularly reconcile financial accounts, including bank statements and credit card statements, to ensure accuracy
Responsible for the calculation and processing of employee wages, deductions, and taxes, while adhering to labor laws
Generate a range of financial statements for management review, including profit and loss reports, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
Assist with tax filings, audits, and financial reporting requirements by maintaining records in accordance with tax regulations
Utilize a variety of software tools, including NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, SAP, to perform accounting duties
Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger
Handle accounts payable and receivable tasks
Ensure timely month-end close processes
Perform bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree highly preferred
QuickBooks experience required
3+ years of full cycle bookkeeping experience
