Job Responsibility:
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
Reconcile bank statements and ledgers
Record financial transactions and produce financial reports
Support month-end and year-end closing
Maintain accurate documentation and comply with company standards
Assist with payroll processing and expense management
Work closely with management to identify areas for process improvement
Requirements:
Associate’s degree in Accounting or related field (preferred)
2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, etc.)
