Job Responsibility:
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Reconcile bank, credit card, and general ledger accounts monthly
Process invoices, expense reports, and ensure timely vendor payments
Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation
Support payroll processing and other ad hoc accounting projects as needed
Requirements:
2+ years of bookkeeping experience (prior temp-to-hire or contract roles a plus)
Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks preferred) and Microsoft Excel
Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
