Bookkeeper

• Manage full-cycle bookkeeping tasks, including accurate entry of invoices, payables, and receivables
• Prepare tax records and assist with tax filings as needed
• Month-end close and bank reconciliation
• Handle biweekly payroll processing in QuickBooks Online for employees
• Provide exceptional customer service, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Utilize QuickBooks Online for maintaining account accuracy, monthly reconciliations, and generating reports
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with accounting practices and proper documentation

• Minimum of 7 years as a Bookkeeper in a small to mid-sized business environment
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
• Knowledge of tax preparation and payroll processes
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and experience working with clients/customers
• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred, but equivalent work experience will be considered
