Job Responsibility:

Maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries and account reconciliations
Manage accounts payable and receivable with precision
Process invoices, payments, and bank deposits
Assist with monthly close processes and financial reporting
Help prepare for tax filings and audits
Collaborate with leadership to identify process improvements and support smarter decision-making

Requirements:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience
2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
Proficiency with QuickBooks, Excel, or other accounting software
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
Excellent organizational and communication skills
A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
