A Healthcare Company is looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team in Inglewood, California. This role is ideal for a Bookkeeper who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and enjoys taking ownership of the full accounting cycle. The role requires expertise in QuickBooks and strong organizational skills to manage financial operations across multiple entities.
Job Responsibility:
Manage full-cycle bookkeeping, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
Process and reconcile EOBs (Explanation of Benefits) and ensure accurate insurance payment posting
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Handle budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
Ensure compliance with healthcare financial regulations and internal controls
Work closely with leadership to support financial decision-making
Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks
Assist with audits and year-end close processes
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Full-Charge Bookkeeper
Strong knowledge of healthcare billing, including EOBs and insurance reimbursement
Hands-on experience with QuickBooks
Familiarity with healthcare systems such as CPR+ and CareTend (or similar platforms)
Strong understanding of AP, AR, and general ledger accounting
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
