Xpert Resourcing are working with a friendly, well established firm of Accountants who are looking to add to their talented team of accountants. The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in an Accountancy firm and understand accounting practices and procedures and be looking to work within an established, friendly and supportive environment.
Job Responsibility
Managing and maintaining companies accounts and relationships
Preparing VAT returns for submission
Accounts preparation for clients
Produce monthly accounts where applicable
Assist with payroll duties
General Bookkeeping duties
Utilise accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage and Xero for efficient financial management
Requirements
Proven experience in a similar role within practice
Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices
Proficiency in using accounting software including Sage and Xero
Demonstrated experience in financial management, including budgeting and forecasting
Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
