Job Responsibility:
Maintain accurate financial records, including tracking income and expenses
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently
Reconcile bank statements to ensure consistency and accuracy
Utilize QuickBooks to manage and organize financial data
Prepare financial reports and summaries for management review
Verify and process invoices, ensuring timely payments
Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue accounts
Collaborate with team members to address discrepancies and resolve financial issues
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company policies
Assist in budgeting and forecasting to support financial decision-making.
Requirements:
Proven experience in bookkeeping or a related financial role
Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software
Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Ability to reconcile bank statements and identify discrepancies
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
