We are looking for a highly skilled Bookkeeper / Senior Accountant to join our team in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will oversee a variety of accounting activities, including month-end close processes, subledger tasks, and financial reconciliation. Job Responsibility

  • Manage month-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting
  • Perform general ledger maintenance, including journal entries and account reconciliations
  • Handle subledger tasks such as invoicing and payroll, contributing to smooth daily operations
  • Conduct bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies promptly
  • Review and verify financial transactions to ensure compliance with accounting standards
  • Collaborate with team members to improve accounting processes and enhance efficiency
  • Prepare financial statements and reports to support decision-making
  • Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and analysis
