Natalie Lue with Robert Half is partnering with a San Francisco high-end residential contractor to hire a dedicated Bookkeeper/Project Coordinator. Must have QuickBooks, MS Office skills, attention to detail, and project coordination experience. Early start time to avoid traffic? No problem! Onsite work in a spacious SF location. Duties: bookkeeping, project tracking, contract/permitting support. Work closerly with president and outside CPA. Preferred: experience in high-end residential construction; high volume transactions. Ideal for someone who values stability and small company environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of bookkeeping experience, with a focus on accounts payable and payroll
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail, especially when handling financial records and contracts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to facilitate clear interactions with clients, vendors, and team members
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and QuickBooks Online
  • Familiarity with preparing bid worksheets and assisting contractors with project specifications
  • Experience tracking subcontractor agreements and maintaining project files
  • Ability to secure and manage insurance certificates for various projects
