Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years of bookkeeping experience, with a focus on accounts payable and payroll
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Strong attention to detail, especially when handling financial records and contracts
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to facilitate clear interactions with clients, vendors, and team members
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and QuickBooks Online
Familiarity with preparing bid worksheets and assisting contractors with project specifications
Experience tracking subcontractor agreements and maintaining project files
Ability to secure and manage insurance certificates for various projects
