We are looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Office Manager to oversee the financial and administrative aspects of our business. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy of financial records and the smooth operation of daily office activities. The ideal candidate will have expertise in bookkeeping and a strong understanding of accounting principles.
Job Responsibility:
Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including maintaining accurate financial records
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions efficiently and accurately
Perform bank reconciliations to ensure financial data is aligned and discrepancies are resolved
Handle payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees
Oversee month-end closing activities and prepare necessary reports
Maintain organized records of invoices, receipts, and other financial documents
Support administrative duties and ensure office operations run smoothly
Collaborate with team members to address financial inquiries and provide solutions
Utilize QuickBooks effectively to manage and track financial data
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
Requirements:
Proven experience in bookkeeping and office management roles
Proficiency in QuickBooks software for financial tracking and reporting
Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Ability to perform accurate bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
Experience with payroll processing and familiarity with relevant regulations
Understanding of month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage office operations
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate financial records
