Job Responsibility

  • Enter and maintain property data in Yardi for the industrial property portfolio
  • Manage financial activities, including accounts payable and receivable, tenant billing, and lease administration
  • Assist in preparing annual budgets and tracking expenses for multiple entities
  • Generate and review financial statements and customized reports for management and property owners
  • Collaborate with accounting and property management teams to address issues and ensure accurate reporting
  • Keep detailed records of leases, vendor agreements, insurance certificates, and compliance documents
  • Respond to property-related inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders
  • Support process improvement initiatives and identify cost-saving opportunities within the portfolio

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Yardi software is essential, with experience in managing industrial properties preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in bookkeeping, fund accounting, or working with financial institutions
  • Strong knowledge of accrual accounting, general ledger management, and month-end close processes
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills for effective collaboration
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in accounting, finance, or property management
  • Ability to handle multiple entities and maintain accuracy under tight deadlines
