Job Responsibility:
Enter and maintain property data in Yardi for the industrial property portfolio
Manage financial activities, including accounts payable and receivable, tenant billing, and lease administration
Assist in preparing annual budgets and tracking expenses for multiple entities
Generate and review financial statements and customized reports for management and property owners
Collaborate with accounting and property management teams to address issues and ensure accurate reporting
Keep detailed records of leases, vendor agreements, insurance certificates, and compliance documents
Respond to property-related inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders
Support process improvement initiatives and identify cost-saving opportunities within the portfolio
Requirements:
Proficiency in Yardi software is essential, with experience in managing industrial properties preferred
Demonstrated experience in bookkeeping, fund accounting, or working with financial institutions
Strong knowledge of accrual accounting, general ledger management, and month-end close processes
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting
Exceptional organizational and communication skills for effective collaboration
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in accounting, finance, or property management
Ability to handle multiple entities and maintain accuracy under tight deadlines
