This role will support the accounting team with general accounting functions. The ideal candidate will have prior bookkeeping or general accounting experience and be comfortable assisting with data gathering, data entry, and financial record support. This role will be fully onsite 5 days per week.
Job Responsibility:
Assist with general accounting and bookkeeping tasks
Gather and organize financial and operational data for ERP implementation
Perform accurate data entry and maintain accounting records
Support the accounting team during system preparation and transition activities
Provide additional administrative and accounting support as needed
Requirements:
Previous experience in bookkeeping, accounting support, or general accounting
Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to organize and compile financial information efficiently
Experience supporting ERP implementations or system transitions is a plus
Deltek experience is a plus, but not required
Construction industry experience strongly preferred
Proficiency with accounting systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
