The role involves handling client shift requirements, finding staff, and managing complex rotas to maximise care coverage for vulnerable people.
Job Responsibility:
Taking client shift requirements and entering them into the system
Finding staff members (Carers and Nurses) to fill the shifts
Using influencing skills to maximise care coverage
Working at fast pace and under pressure
Confirming shifts with clients
Confirming shifts with staff members
Managing and organising large, dynamic and often complex client rotas
Rearranging shift bookings to ensure maximum shift coverage
Encouraging staff members to cover shifts when necessary
Requirements:
A background in professional care, experience in care coordination
A confident persona
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A highly competitive spirit, the desire to work towards goals and the stamina to excel in a fast-moving environment
Resilience, urgency and a desire to maximise the care provided to vulnerable people
Care Coordination: 1 year (required)
