You’ll manage incoming requests, optimise our Collins booking system, and collaborate with key departments to enhance operational efficiency and revenue opportunities.
Requirements:
Experience in a sales, reservations, or customer service role, ideally in hospitality
Strong organisational and communication skills to manage multiple bookings
Customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering great guest experiences
Ability to collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth operations
Experience using booking systems (Collins preferred)
