Home Made is a fast growing Property Technology business looking to change the way people experience the rental process. The Enquiries team is at the heart of the business, kicking off the customer experience from the first interaction.

Job Responsibility

  • Qualifying possible renters and booking viewings
  • Clearly articulating property amenities and local area highlights
  • Managing customer experience from initial enquiry to viewing booked
  • Delivering great experience across calls, WhatsApps and emails
  • Cross sell properties that better meet renter needs
  • Collaborate with B2B Sales team to meet targets

Requirements
