Job Description:

Join our Intercruises Regional Operational HUB team in Spain, as a Booking & Planning Executive. In this role, you will manage the full scope of operations for Shorex, transfers, and cruise turnarounds — from A to Z. You will be responsible for ensuring the entire portfolio is accurately loaded into our systems, running the planning process, and driving cost efficiencies while ensuring compliance with defined service standards. Additionally, you will make sure all booking information from our customers is correctly integrated and managed within our systems, as well as handle the financial reconciliation and administrative follow-up related to these operations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Receiving and analyzing the data to be set up in system for all verticals
  • Loading portfolio of the cruise lines in our system
  • Know and understand global guidelines to achieve standardization
  • Planning services when and where required and liaising with suppliers
  • Running, managing, and reviewing the planning system to meet the operational requirements on an ongoing basis
  • Distribution of operations information across the team and other related business areas
  • Monitoring and managing constantly any changes, modifications and/or cancellations to be updated in the planning system for running a smooth operation
  • Checking special requests bookings and registering the requirements on the system
  • Optimizing costs and sales plannings according to budgets
  • Report incidences in the planning system and ensure good coordination with other departments

Requirements:

  • Strong administration and organisational skills and confident with technology
  • Previous user knowledge of Asterix would be highly desirable
  • Can solve problems independently and/or make suggestions how to improve ways of working & embrace our digital culture
  • Fluent in verbal and written English and Spanish is required. Additional languages advantageous
  • Can think things through logically to simplify tasks, working at times virtually and independently
  • Easily adapts to a variety of changes to ways of working and quickly react to operational issues
  • Exceptional communication and team working skills in an international environment
  • A plus is also if you have some knowledge from the cruise industry
  • Have residency in either Gran Canaria, Mallorca or Tenerife
