The position is a hybrid of customer service and light bookkeeping, with a heavy emphasis on accuracy and detail orientation. Very few phone calls—most work is email and computer-based.
Job Responsibility:
Order Processing & Labeling (50–60% of role): Manage 50–60 accounts (large customers such as Living Spaces)
Enter new orders daily (mostly email-driven)
Create and set up law labels for manufacturing
Ensure error-free order entry and documentation
Fulfillment Support & Shipment Prep (30–40% of role): Create packing releases for drivers (quantities per package)
Prepare shipping labels
Deliver shipping labels to manager and warehouse (must be able to walk over to warehouse manager)
Generate and send customer invoices
Customer Service Support (~10%): Handle minor disputes or discrepancies
Maintain clear communication with customers via email
