Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, PLC, and DDC control issues
Maintain accurate service tickets, records, and reports
Assist with training junior technicians
Maintain truck stock, tools, and company vehicle
Provide excellent customer service
Attend vendor and company training as required
Participate in on-call rotation
