Job Responsibility

Follow on from heating installations and complete a range of tasks that include boxing in pipework, tiling, ceiling repairs, making good & painting
To work closely with the Area Manager and admins to provide a variety of assistance to the install engineers
To assist with vertical flues
To assist with the installation of new boilers where required
To help complete vertical flues, adding bracing into the loft and weathering the lead slate into the roof
To build timber boxing under boilers where required
To assist with the ASHP installations, building concrete bases, lifting floorboards, and constructing new cupboards
To attend all calls allocated to you, if delayed report to call handlers so the resident can be made aware of delays
To record accurate logs of work undertaken and materials used, to capture this on the company’s PDA / I.T system
Where any further works are required, you must liaise with the Area Manager/ admin teams and then inform residents of the timescale for completion of the work being undertaken
